Since then, LLFitness has grown to be a well-established company in Cambodia, and the first professional high-quality provider of personal training. Services now go far beyond personal training, and the team expanded to include other certified specialists such as our dedicated physiotherapist.

 

Offering a training experience that has not existed in Cambodia before, LLFitness created a space where clients are motivated and feel at home, with professional, passionate trainers. Working towards the client’s goals is and always has been at the core our mentality, and the personal goals of our clients are and will always be the focus of the entire team.

Hi, my name is Sofie.

I take care of all things food at LLFitness. Food plays an incredibly central role our health and wellbeing. It's not just physical - through culture, food has an immense impact on our social lives, but it also affects our environment and surroundings, and vice versa. That is why it is so important to make sure you know what you are putting into your body.

Having completed my Master's degree in Food Science, and with a background in the food sector, I take a varied approach to nutrition. While all services are tailored to your needs, my focus is educational - I want to help people understand why certain foods are healthier than others, how to decide what is good and bad for you, and to recognise the impact your food choices have.

Whether you are looking to make a long-term change or have a specific goal in mind, want to make healthy eating more fun for your children or organise a seminar for your company - we will offer you a tailored approach, whatever you are looking for.
